Go to https://portal.office.com/ and sign in with your Denver Seminary single sign-on credentials (student ID#@my.densem.edu).
Click the Install Office button in the upper right area and select Office 365 apps.
Download and install.
The first time you open the apps, you will need to sign in with your single sign-on credentials again, so they are licensed correctly.
